So you want to run with your dog, but you've never actually been much of a runner. Before you hit the streets, it's a good idea to have the basics of running down pat. Running With Keeda

Keeda and I went to the nearby park for a run on Saturday and Sunday. We took five laps around the large oval (I've been trying to figure out the circumference, but having some trouble with Google Maps) and played fetch and catch on the grass.
